ARREIT to buy factory in Penang

KUALA LUMPUR: Amanahraya Real Estate Investment Trust (ARREIT) has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Precico Electronics Sdn Bhd to acquire a factory in Penang for RM41.6mil.
